Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: At Frame in Focus Photography, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and plans may need to be changed. Therefore, we have implemented a fair and reasonable cancellation policy to ensure both parties are protected. Clients are entitled to cancel their booking within 12 days of the scheduled date, provided the cancellation is made in writing. In the event of cancellation, any deposit made will be forfeited. This is to compensate for the time and resources allocated to the booking, which may have prevented us from accepting other clients. We highly encourage clients to notify us as soon as possible if they need to cancel their booking, as it allows us to potentially accommodate other clients who may be on our waiting list. In the unlikely event that the photographer from the COMPANY is unable to perform to the guidelines of this contract due to an injury, illness, act of God, act of terrorism, or other cause beyond the control of the COMPANY including the COVID-19 outbreak, the COMPANY will make every effort to secure a replacement. If the situation should occur and a suitable replacement is not found, responsibility and liability is limited to the return of 50% of the retainer fee received for the EVENT(S). In the unlikely event that digital files have been lost, stolen, or destroyed for reasons beyond the COMPANY’s control, including but not limited to camera, hard drive, or equipment malfunction, the COMPANY liability is limited to the return 50% of the retainer fee received for the EVENT(S). The COMPANY is not liable for the loss of images subsequent to the final delivery of all products included in the package.
